Starting now, before anything has been proven, I will write about the problems I encounter while building a company, the decisions I make, the actions I take, and the numbers behind them.
Writing helps me clarify my thinking and build a record I can return to over time. I hope it also offers a useful point of reference for others wrestling with similar questions.
